"Most of my experience with WESROC Remote Monitoring has been with bulk plants. I've been especially pleased with the remote monitoring information report accuracy. Also, being able to monitor my busier bulk plants from home, on the weekends, has been very helpful.
We had some issues at one remote site due to signal interference from an electrical sub-station. The eratic power usage at this sub-station was causing us transmission problems - especially on weekends. We switched out the Base Unit to a WESROC Satellite Unit and that cleared up the issue. Since then we've had good report readings. I might add that during that time, we received great WESROC tech support.
